Sporta Japan Named International Scouting Partner for the Tokyo Haneda Vickies

New York–based US–Japan sports agency to lead overseas player identification and evaluation for the Women's Japan Basketball League club.

NEW YORK — June 24, 2026 — Sporta Japan Corporation, a New York–based sports business agency bridging the US and Japanese markets, today announced an international scouting partnership with the Tokyo Haneda Vickies, a professional women's basketball club competing in Japan's Women's Japan Basketball League (WJBL).

Under the partnership, Sporta Japan will serve as the club's international scouting partner — identifying, evaluating, and recommending overseas talent, and building a global pipeline that connects the WJBL club to player markets in North America and beyond. Sporta Japan brings its on-the-ground network across US collegiate and professional basketball, combined with a deep understanding of the Japanese game, to help the Vickies compete at the highest level.
