Job Description

◎ Position Overview​​​​

You will work directly with the founding team on cross-border sports business projects, with a strong focus on creative content production.

​
◎Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: Designing posts for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram in both English and Japanese; producing visual content for our growing audience of US sports business professionals.

• Pitch Deck & Materials Design: Creating sponsor proposals, event flyers, sales decks, and bilingual reports.

• Event Support: Assisting with on-site logistics, sponsor coordination, and content capture at our NYC events (talk shows, basketball clinics, business networking events).

• Sales & Business Development Support: Helping prepare meeting materials, conducting market research, and supporting outreach to US and Japanese partners.

• Cross-Border Project Operations: Translation support (EN ↔ JP), partner communications, and general project coordination across our consulting, tech distribution, and athlete placement businesses.

 
◎Required Qualifications

• Genuine love of sports — Tell us your favorite team, sport, or athlete in your application. We mean it.

• Proficiency with at least one design tool: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), Canva, Figma, CapCut, or equivalent. Portfolio or work samples required.

• Bilingual ability (EN & JP) — Working proficiency in both English and Japanese. Native fluency in either is a plus.

• NYC-based — Able to work in-person at our Midtown Manhattan office at least part of the week.

• Currently enrolled in a US college/graduate program — This internship is designed for students who can earn academic credit (CPT/OPT eligible).

◎Preferred Qualifications

• Video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)

• Experience running social media accounts

• Prior internship or work experience in sports, media, or entertainment 

• Familiarity with Japanese sports culture and US sports culture ​​
